Key responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

  • Generate leads and convert prospects into paying clients using effective sales strategies.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business growth objectives.

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

  • Conduct market research to identify target customers and industry trends.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close business deals.

  • Meet or exceed established monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management.

  • Represent the company at meetings, networking events, and client engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in sales and business development.

  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close sales effectively.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and achieve set performance targets.

  • Excellent relationship management and networking capabilities.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred skills

  • Experience in transportation, mobility, logistics, or related industries is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
