Key responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Generate leads and convert prospects into paying clients using effective sales strategies.

Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business growth objectives.

Build and sustain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

Conduct market research to identify target customers and industry trends.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Negotiate contracts and successfully close business deals.

Meet or exceed established monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management.

Represent the company at meetings, networking events, and client engagements.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

3–5 years of proven experience in sales and business development.

Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close sales effectively.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve set performance targets.

Excellent relationship management and networking capabilities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred skills
-
Experience in transportation, mobility, logistics, or related industries is an advantage.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
