Primary KPI

  • Generate at least five (5) paid recruitment service sales per month.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns focused on converting leads into paying clients.

  • Identify and target businesses requiring recruitment services.

  • Design and manage conversion-focused funnels and outreach systems.

  • Execute growth strategies across digital channels, outbound efforts, partnerships, or other innovative methods.

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize conversion performance.

  • Utilize provided advertising budgets where necessary to drive results.

Creative authority

The role provides full control over:

  • Campaign strategy

  • Platforms and marketing channels

  • Outreach methods

  • Messaging and positioning

  • Lead generation approaches

The organization supports execution, while the role holder is responsible for revenue generation.

Role scope

  • Not a social media management role

  • Not a recruitment role

  • No content posting quotas

Compensation and incentive structure

  • Base salary: ₦100,000 monthly

If target is not met:

  • 50% of base salary applies

If target is met:

  • Full salary is paid

If target is exceeded:

  • 10% commission is earned on each additional sale beyond the initial five

Example:

  • If 10 sales are achieved:

    • ₦100,000 base salary

    • Plus 10% commission on the additional five (5) sales
