Key responsibilities

Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers within the assigned territory.

Monitor dealer performance in relation to established sales targets and KPIs.

Develop and implement dealer-focused sales strategies to increase product penetration.

Provide training and support to dealers on product knowledge, pricing structures, and promotional activities.

Conduct regular market visits to evaluate dealer operations, branding, and compliance.

Address and resolve dealer-related issues promptly to sustain strong business relationships.

Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and areas requiring improvement.

Prepare and submit periodic reports covering dealer performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical standards.
