Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Business Bankers responsible for Tier 2 customers.

  • Onboard new Enterprise Banking customers.

  • Proactively engage in relationship management and customer retention activities.

  • Reactivate dormant accounts to improve portfolio performance.

  • Cross-sell the bank’s products and services to existing customers.

  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

  • Enhance customer experience through proactive engagement via telephone, email, and web chat.

  • Grow the bank’s share of wallet by increasing customer engagement and product adoption.

Qualifications

  • First Degree in any discipline.

  • 5–7 years of experience in Commercial Banking and Business Banking.

  • Relevant experience in sales and customer relationship management with a focus on driving profitability.

  • Experience within the financial industry, including working with small businesses.
